How To Get Started With EasyCollect Plus

1. Subscribe to our Monthly ($10.99) or Annual ($99) plan using our secure Stripe Billing service.
2. Schedule your pickups and deliveries at your convenience. You can do this online on our website
   or by you can also TEXT “Pick Up” to 208-214-8316 to get started.
3. Our team will handle your laundry and dry cleaning with care.
4. Receive your fresh, clean clothes within 3–4 days on average.

What is included in an EasyCollect Plus subscription?
EasyCollect Plus includes unlimited free pickups and deliveries with a 3–4 day turnaround on average — that means no pickup & delivery fee charges! Both Monthly ($10.99), and Annual ($99) plans are available.

Does my EasyCollect Plus plan apply for all Clothesline Cleaner services?
Yes, EasyCollect Plus applies to all Clothesline Cleaner Services: Dry Cleaning, Wash & Fold, Hang Dry, and more.

Can I cancel my EasyCollect Plus Monthly plan?
Yes, you can cancel your plan simply in your account portal which is powered by Stripe. Your subscription will end at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for past or current month’s subscriptions.

Is there a minimum commitment?
No, you can cancel your Monthly plan at any time. The Annual plan is a one-year commitment.

How do I change my billing information?
Use the Account Portal to manage your subscription and update your billing information.

What if I have specific preferences for my laundry?
You can leave special instructions in your account portal, and our team will follow them.

How Do I Get Started with EasyCollect Plus?
To purchase your EasyCollect Plus subscription, please use our Stripe Billing subscription form above. You will be redirected to Stripe to finish your purchase. Once done, we will add the subscription to your account. Please input the email and phone number of your existing Clothesline Cleaners account along with your name so we can match the subscription to your account. If you do not have an account just fill your information out in Stripe and it will be synced to our POS system within 24-48 hours. Contact our store if you have questions or need help.
