Is K4 the same as traditional dry cleaning solvent?
No. SYSTEMK4 uses halogen-free SOLVONK4 instead of traditional PERC. It is designed for professional dry-cleaning equipment and strong performance on both oil-based and water-soluble soil.
Does “green” mean chemical-free?
No. Professional textile care uses cleaning chemistry. Our green-care claim refers to the specific properties of SYSTEMK4—including its halogen-free formulation, biodegradability and manufacturer classification—not to an unrealistic “chemical-free” promise.
Will K4 clean difficult stains?
K4 is designed to clean both oil-based and water-soluble soil. Results still depend on the fabric, stain, age and prior treatment, so please point out stains when you drop off or schedule pickup.
