Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes. Refer as many different legitimate new customers as you want. Each unique new customer can generate one reward.
What if my friend already uses Clothesline?
They are not eligible for the new-customer referral discount. This offer is for someone who has never completed a paid Clothesline order.
Can the $5 referral be used with another discount?
Other eligible discounts are applied first. After those discounts, the order must still be at least $35. The referral then takes another $5 off.

Eligibility. The referred friend must be a genuinely new Clothesline Cleaners customer with no prior paid Clothesline order. The referrer must have a Clothesline customer account that can be matched using the submitted phone number and/or email address before store credit is added.
One referral per person. A referred person may receive this referral offer only once. Duplicate submissions involving the same person, customer record, phone number, email address, or other information reasonably indicating the same customer do not generate additional rewards. If multiple people refer the same new customer, the first valid referral on file is eligible.
No self-referrals or manipulation. Referrers may not refer themselves, create duplicate accounts, use alternate contact information to circumvent program limits, or otherwise manufacture referral rewards. Clothesline Cleaners may verify eligibility and void duplicate, fraudulent, manipulated, or abusive referrals or credits.
Timing. The referral must be created before the friend's qualifying purchase and expires 30 days after creation. Expired referrals cannot be recycled into a new reward for the same person.
Qualifying purchase. Other eligible discounts are applied first. After those discounts, the friend's eligible order must total at least $35 before the $5 referral discount. The additional $5 referral discount is then applied. A qualifying $35 order can therefore become $30 after the referral discount.
Referrer reward. The referrer earns $5 in Clothesline store credit only after the new customer's qualifying purchase is completed, paid, and verified. Credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be applied retroactively to earlier purchases.
Program administration. Clothesline Cleaners may modify, suspend, or end the referral program and may resolve eligibility questions or errors when reasonably necessary to administer the program.
